How often do I have to meditate?
We often say: the more you meditate, the greater the benefits! We recommend attending 3–4 times a week, especially in the beginning. As you get used to the practice, you’ll notice it boosts your focus, emotional clarity, and even productivity — helping you save time in the long run.
I have never meditated before, can I still do it?
Absolutely. Our method is easy to follow and fully guided, step by step. Many of our members started with no experience at all. You’ll be supported every step of the way.
What are the benefits of meditation?

How long is each meditation session?
